HENOTO looks to the world: "India, Vietnam, and Africa".

HENOTO looks to the world: “India, Vietnam, and Africa”.

From organization to marketing, the Group acts as a strategic partner to its clients. President Giuliani said: “We have seen steady growth over the last four years.”

President Giovanni Giuliani, if you were to take stock of Henoto’s activities for 2025, what keywords would you use?

“We have just concluded a year that I would describe as decidedly positive. The first keyword I would use, in keeping with the practical approach that characterizes the company’s business strategy, is ‘results’. But these results stem from a series of factors represented by other keywords: dynamism in developing new business, internationalization, acquisitions, diversification of services, and innovation in the products and services we offer our customers. The performance over the past year is evident from the results of the 2025 Annual Report, which I cannot yet disclose. However, I can confirm that 2025 has significantly consolidated the steady growth trend of the last four years.”

What sets Henoto apart from its competitors?

“We are the market leader in Italy and one of the major players internationally in the sector of temporary installations for trade fairs, exhibitions, major events, retail, and contract projects, with a strong specialization in every area of operation. We operate worldwide and have production facilities abroad that meet our quality standards, enabling us to be highly competitive in terms of our offering. We therefore stand out thanks to a range of factors rarely found among our competitors. Henoto is currently exhibiting at Euroshop 2026 in Düsseldorf, with a stand that highlights another key feature that sets us apart: those who choose Henoto as a supplier do not simply deal with a technical partner for the installation of temporary structures, but engage with a ‘service system’ that supports the client in every aspect of the project. The client is supported in the design phase to identify the solutions with the greatest impact in terms of brand awareness, during implementation, in navigating regulations that vary from country to country, and in marketing strategies. Henoto is a strategic partner, rather than just a supplier.”

In which countries do you operate, and where do you plan to expand your presence?

“Ours is a global project; we operate in Europe, the USA, Mexico, Asia, and the UAE, working wherever our expertise is required. At the end of December, we strengthened our presence in the UAE with a new office for Henoto Middle East (in which Henoto holds a 51% stake). In the US, we have several operational offices (New Jersey, Atlanta, and Las Vegas); in 24 months of activity, we have generated over $15 million in turnover in the US market and expect to increase this further as early as 2026. The exhibition ‘Turning the Page on Change. Children’s Books Inspiring Action for the Global Goals’, which we have organised, is opening right now at the United Nations headquarters in New York. The exhibition presents a selection of books nominated for the BolognaRagazzi Sustainability Award and is supported by ICE as part of the programme to enhance the Bologna Children’s Book Fair. We are proud of our commitment to creating this exhibition, both because of the prestige of the venue and because the theme of sustainability is one of our key priorities. Our focus is now on new markets – those that are (presumably) set to play a leading role in the coming years: India, Vietnam, and African countries.”

Sport is also a focus of our business; do you have new projects?

“It is one of the focuses of our business; major sporting events are an area where we can express Henoto’s design and construction capabilities. We have been involved in high-visibility events: such as the recent editions of the Davis Cup, the Paris Olympics, and the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.”
