In recent weeks, Henoto signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Il Germoglio Cooperative based in Arzergrande (Padua).
After nearly 30 years of local activity, Germoglio is now a well-established organization offering socio-educational programs and services for people with disabilities, disadvantaged individuals, and minors.
The project involves identifying specific activities, tasks, and services that can be entrusted to the Cooperative, while always remaining mindful of the vulnerabilities and needs of the workers involved.
This is an initiative that creates value for the community and for each of us: because “the good you do always finds its way back to you”.
