• VAT Number and Tax Code
• Registered Office and operational headquarters
• Contact Person: Name, surname, and role
• Contact Details: Email address and telephone number
• Company Profile: Description of activities and main product categories of specialization
• Certifications: Any relevant qualifications, attestations, or quality standards
• Portfolio: Previous experience in trade fairs, events, or exhibitions (if available)

Complete applications will undergo a preliminary evaluation by Henoto.

Henoto reserves the right to contact only those suppliers deemed to be in line with its specific operational and project requirements.

Collaboration with Henoto is subject to the review and formal acceptance of our Sustainability Code of Conduct, which defines our ethical, social, and environmental standards.
The Code must be signed by selected suppliers to confirm they have read and accepted these principles.
