Notes
The AT stand has a honeycomb wood structure. This set-up can be increased to multiples of 16 square meters. If the sides are larger than 4m, a column will be inserted every 4m. The colour of the carpet can change upon payment. Exhibitors may omit some furnishings and accessories by informing Henoto within 30 days before the start of the exhibition - no substitutions or price reductions are allowed.
Safety rules and warning
Carpet color can be changed for an extra fee.
Is allowed to attach graphics into the walls only with pins or headless nails.
Is not allowed to fix monitors onto the walls: they must lie on its floor stand.
It is possible to leave out all or some items by notifying it to Henoto 30 days before the event start.
It is strictly forbidden to add live loads to all pre-fitted booths.
It is forbidden to use any tool or device that may ruin the panels and/or their coating - any damage will be priced and charged after the exhibition.
